Nabil Fakih Talks about Community Pharmacists in the Frontline in Fighting Against Coronavirus

Nabil Fakih is the owner of Dearborn Heights Pharmacy, a community pharmacy that provides services to over 25,000 patients and fills an average of 600 prescriptions per day. Because Dearborn Heights Pharmacy has been serving the community so well, Nabil Fakih was appointed to the Henry Ford Community College Board of Directors and the Board of Directors for the Arab American Civil Rights League. Together with medical doctors, nurses, medical technologists, and other medical professionals, pharmacists are in the frontline in fighting against the novel coronavirus. Nabil Fakih believes that community pharmacists are playing a vital role in supporting patients, especially in the areas currently in lockdown.
